1. SC in case of E. I. Dupont, SC has dismissed revenue's SLP against DHC order in context of section 271(1)(c) of the Act.

2. SC in the case of ITAC Ltd, has dismissed revenue's SLP against the order of DHC affirming ITAT and CIT-A order giving relief to assessee u/s 68 of the Act.

3. In case of Reflect Optics, BHC has dismissed assessee's appeal against ITAT order where addition on account of shortage of stock as computed at the time of survey u/s 133A was involved.
